Acting Libyan Foreign Minister Al-Taher Al-Baour, two Deputy Economy and Trade Ministers, the Deputy Minister for Industry and Minerals, the head of the Libyan Business Council, the Mayor of the Municipality of Tripoli Central, Ibrahim Al-Khulaifi, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Investment Holding Company, were all present.
Internationally, the opening was also attended by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan and the ambassadors of Indonesia, Spain, Italy, Austria, the Czech Republic, Malta, and other ambassadors and trade attachés.
